With Laurelwood's Full-Service wedding package, service begins right away and we secure your date 18 months in advance. We update and maintain your wedding task list and budget, and we even send you monthly updates of your planning progress. Along with hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations, we attend each scouting meeting with you and help make every detailed decision throughout the wedding planning process.

"Ashley did an incredible job helping to coordinate my wedding earlier this month! We had to switch venues 50 days before the wedding and she was very helpful when dealing with our old venue, trying to find a new venue, and making the whole transition go smoothly! She had great communication and was very organized. There were so many things I never would have thought of asking vendors, or providing for guests that she thought of. We had multiple meetings where she asked questions, made suggestions, and helped me stay on track with my planning. She made the week leading up to the wedding a lot less stressful as she took over vendor communication and created a master timeline. She also helped with so many last minute details such as folding all of our napkins the night before! The day of the wedding she set up tables and decor and made sure the day ran smoothly and on time! She helped clean up after the wedding and kept all of our rentals and decorations organized. She made sure I experienced as little stress as possible and got along so well with all of our guests and vendors. I can’t say enough good things about Ashley, she is amazing! I first hired her in 2019 as my wedding coordinator for my wedding in September 2020, then COVID hit, and my wedding completely derailed. We ended up postponing until May 2021. I was completely devastated, but Ashley was there for me every step of the way!! She answered my thousands of emails, calmed my fears, helped me navigate the uncharted waters of a Covid wedding, and coordinated my wedding day flawlessly.!! She helped me find organization among my many decor ideas, set up and tear down of EVERY part of my event, and coordinated all my vendors in one amazing wedding timeline. She is a gem and you will be hard pressed to find anyone better for the price. I highly recommend!! Thank you Ashley!!!

Ashley did a amazing job planning our wedding for 5/15/2021 at the Oregon Golf Club. She was always available when I called to ask questions. She did a great job coordinating and putting together a time line for the wedding. We went over every single detail and scenario a bride could think of for her wedding day. She sent out and coordinated all the information with vendors and wedding party to take the weight off my shoulders during the day. She even got there bright and early at to set-up décor and she stayed after the wedding past midnight to tear down décor and put gifts away in our car to lock up. SHE IS A BOSS BABE AND JOY TO WORK WITH!!! 10/10 recommend to anyone getting married to work with Ashley if they come to me to ask who I used for planning.

Ashley is THE BEST. She's fun, she's professional, she'll handle your crazy family like a champ and be smiling and excited through the whole thing. Ashley made my four month engagement as easy as pie (or should I say wedding cake?). Please utilize this girl and her amazing organizational and relational skills! I hired Ashley as my wedding coordinator in August 2017. She was a pervious co-worker of mine and would have been the perfect fit to execute my dream wedding. Let me say, this wedding totally exceeded all of my expectations! Ashley worked out the fine details from ironing table linens to rushing around to pin every last boutonniere. Ashley completed every task with a positive attitude and smile. She worked from 7am till 11pm helping coordinate vendors & family, refilling drink dispensers, shuffling us down the isle, and everything in between. I HIGHLY recommend Laurelwood Event Planning for any event or wedding needs! She definitely has the eye for fine details.
