Full-Service Package

From concept to creation we will work together to plan a wedding that is reflective of your love story, and collective personalities and styles, allowing you to bask in your engagement stage and become a guest at your own wedding. With Laurelwood's Full-Service wedding package, service begins right away and we secure your date 18 months in advance. We update and maintain your wedding task list and budget, and we even send you monthly updates of your planning progress. Along with hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations, we attend each scouting meeting with you and help make every detailed decision throughout the wedding planning process.

  • Vendor confirmation - arrival and departure times

Partial Planning Package

With our Partial Planning Package, we act as your support system. Service begins right away and we secure your date 18 months in advance. You'll be given a detailed wedding task list and budget spreadsheet. We hold you accountable for tasks and help you set the overall budget and a planning timeline. Using our spreadsheets you can monitor your payments and progress. We will provide vendor recommendations, based on your unique wedding style and budget, review contracts, and get logistics in order. We also happily assist in troubleshooting any issues or complications you're facing, throughout it all.

Wedding Day Management Package

A wedding day coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, as a couple, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you've been working toward. Also known as "month of coordination", this service begins 4 months prior to your wedding date. At the 4 month mark (or as soon as you book), we can give you vendor recommendations for anything you've not secured yet. With our check-list in hand, you'll be ready to complete your final tasks. We'll regroup for a detailed planning meeting, where we put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics, and more. On the final month, we take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, emergency kit in hand!

Packages typically range between $2,500-$5,500. Pricing will vary depending on guest count, level of involvement, and venue location.
